Your privacy
When you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you can trust that we will handle it responsibly. Therefore, DHVM has established a policy outlining how we collect, use, and protect your personal information ("Privacy Policy"). This privacy policy is also available at www.dhvm.eu. Our privacy policy also governs your access to and use of our website, including content and services offered on or through this website (the "Website"). By using the website, you agree to be bound by our privacy policy and terms of use.

What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?
We may ask you to voluntarily provide us with personal data. Generally, such data is requested when you engage us for property management services, when we wish to assign you a task related to property management, or when we need this information to adequately perform property management on behalf of our clients.

In this context, we may collect information about you, such as your name, address, city of residence, email address, password, login codes, company, and your position within that company. We retain this data.

We use your personal data and information obtained from other sources solely in the context of DHVM's property management activities. It is also possible that we may need to share your data with our clients and contractors for these purposes. We may disclose personal data to comply with applicable laws or a court order, or upon request from a supervisory, governmental, or regulatory authority, both within and outside your country of residence. We may also disclose personal data in the event of a merger, sale, or reorganization where we are required to transfer personal data to third parties involved in such a process.

Your consent and data of others
By providing us with your personal data, you agree that we may process your personal data, including sensitive personal data, for the above purposes. You also consent to the transfer of your information, if necessary, for the aforementioned purposes. If we transfer data in this way, we will, if necessary, enter into an agreement ensuring that your data is protected. If you provide us with information about another person, you confirm that they have appointed you to act on their behalf, to consent to the processing of their personal data, including sensitive personal data, and that you have informed them of your identity and the purposes (as described above) for which their personal data will be processed. When we first contact them, we may inform them of the source of their data.

How do we protect your data?
Security and retention Period
DHVM ensures that your data is adequately secured to protect it against unauthorized use/access, alteration, and unlawful destruction. Your data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required to comply with legal obligations and to resolve any disputes.

Access, correction, and deletion
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of data can be directed to us, including your name and address. In principle, we will respond within 4 weeks to a request for access or correction. In the case of a deletion request, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible unless legal regulations prevent deletion.

We offer the use of a secure server to protect your information. However, given the electronic nature of the internet, by using our website, you accept the inherent risks, including but not limited to the security risk of interception, unauthorized access, risks of corruption, and risks of viruses or other harmful means.
