Leased 4,700 m² and carried out a sustainable upgrade

After DHVM successfully leased over 4,700 m² of office space to two new tenants within 12 months, the existing tenant (Petrogas E&P Netherlands B.V.) also expanded and extended its lease (4,200 m²) for a long term in the Oversteen Building. DHVM facilitated the negotiations on behalf of its client HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH, during which the building received a significant upgrade aligning with the ESG objectives of contemporary users.

The modernization includes:

  • Redesign and upgrade of the central entrance hallfor a contemporary look with spaces for meetings, welcoming reception, and comfortable workspaces.
  • Replacement of existing lighting with sustainable LED lighting.
  • Creation of a spacious bicycle parking facilityas part of a more sustainable mobility plan for tenants.
  • Maintenance of energy label A+ through structural improvements in energy consumption and climate control.

 

A strategic move where ESG, sustainability, and modernization go hand in hand. DHVM represented the landlord's interests in the negotiations and was also responsible for the project management of the sustainability improvements.
