The long-standing tenant (Caesar Via Nova B.V.), established at this location for many years, has extended its lease for approximately 1,900 m² of office space for a long term, during which the landlord will thoroughly enhance the building's sustainability.

ESG objectives
Focusing on sustainability and ESG objectives, the office building is being prepared for the future. Through the installation of a new heat pump, revision of the air handling unit, and the application of LED lighting, the property is upgraded to energy label A+, making it future-proof and contributing to an energy-efficient and socially responsible working environment.

DHVM represented the landlord's interests in the negotiations and was also responsible for the project management of the sustainability improvements.
