In 2024, DHVM made significant sustainability improvements to the Office in Huis ter Heide. By installing a new heat pump, revising the air handling unit, and completely replacing existing lighting with LED, the property was upgraded from energy label C to energy label A.
These sustainability measures not only result in lower energy costs and a smaller ecological footprint but also make the property more attractive to tenants. A direct outcome is that two tenants have extended their leases for approximately 1,540 m² of office space for the long term.
