The Dorgelo Building has proven itself over the past ten years as a successful and inspiring office location for companies such as KPMG, Holla Advocaten, ICT Group, and CRA. Recently, the building underwent an impressive sustainability transformation—resulting in an energy label A++—making it ready for the requirements of 2030. and ready for 2030.
The building is situated in the International Knoop XL area, the large-scale urban development project around Eindhoven station, benefiting from a forward-looking urban environment in development.
Future-oriented asset management
In close collaboration with owner CRA Vastgoed, DHVM Property Management played a strategic role in guiding this sustainable transformation. By cleverly utilizing natural moments in operations—such as changing work concepts and vacancies—the building has not only been made more sustainable but also better aligned with the needs of modern users.
Space for new tenants
A total of 2,500 m² of office space became available, which, thanks to functional redesign, is now more attractive than ever. For instance, the restaurant has been relocated to the ground floor. The new layout provides vibrancy, comfort, and a warm welcome upon entry. The Dorgelo Building now offers future-proof, energy-efficient, and flexibly configurable workspaces in a dynamic urban environment.
